Prospects of Chrysanthemum Development in North Sulawesi

Tomohon City is the largest producer of chrysanthemum in North Sulawesi. The aim research: to analyze prospect development. study was conducted five sub-districts City, May – October 2021. samples are 50 farmers, and 7 ornamental plant traders. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, SWOT financial feasibility analysis. results showed that: developing Chrysanthemum has good prospects, where potential many events or local celebrations that always require cut flowers. These regular moments include Thanksgiving, Christmas New Year. There also National International such as TIFF, Bunaken Festival, Lembeh Tondano Manado Fiesta, Export opportunities mainly supported by direct flights several countries, as: Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, China (7 cities), Japan.
